最近為因應 CodeRed Virus 所造成之影響，教育部電算中心
將透過 TANet Backbone 存取網頁之權限設限在各區網中心之
proxy server。
校內使用者因瀏覽網頁接會經過本校 cache server，故不需
更變設定，應可以正常瀏覽。
若有瀏覽上的問題，可以將 proxy server 指定為
proxy.ck.tp.edu.tw / port:3128。
